Zazenkai (All-Day Sit)

At August Farm, Westport, MA

Sunday, August 23, 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Please join us for our first zazenkai (all-day sit) to be held at August Farm, the location for our Outdoor Practice Retreats. Alan Sanhyõ Richardson will serve as Teacher for the event, which will take place in a large, fixed canvas tent with intervals of outdoor kinhin (weather permitting).

We will bring our own lunches (“brown bag” style) and incorporate a brief walk in the woods for our afternoon movement practice (again, weather permitting, although the event will be held as planned rain or shine).

Registration required; the suggested donation for the day is $20.
